So it's been a while since I've updated (about 7 months), sorry. Lets see, news, news...
Blake has one more class he has to take in order to be done with school. It is an english class that he will be taking during the 7-week break between semesters *cheer*. He is still looking for a full-time job, so if you hear of anything, let us know! :D
I recently discovered that I only have one more semester after I complete this one, YAY!!! The dampened note is that I have to wait until the "Winter Semester" or in other words, January to complete it. But that is okay considering that I was under the impression that I had two more semesters and would be in school for another year. Lucky!
Aiyana has been up to no good. :D She's walking like crazy, talking up a storm, and living life to its fullest. She is still as cuddly as ever, is a momma's girl, and loves eggs. She takes after her grandmother, in that she is a social butterfly... who definitely loves playing with kids around her age.
So, this semester I am taking Dance 442 (choreographic expressions), in which, for our final project we had to choreograph a piece between 3 1/2-6 minutes in length, with as many dancers as we would like. My project is a duet to "Icarus," by Mythos. My intent (theme/drive/idea behind the dance) is Alice in Wonderland. I have an "Alice" and a "Cheshire Cat." Anyway, it's a pretty pimp dance. So the final showcase is July 20th (Brian's, my oldest brother's birthday). I'm not sure what time it is at, but if you are interested in coming, contact me and I'll get you info.
Though Aiyana is currently not feeling well, and is teething, the LaFond household is doing well. We're doing our best to keep busy and stay in trouble... I mean, out of trouble. ;) Anyway, hope you enjoyed the update, and that I will not forget its existence again, lol!
